Re: motorola one vision battery backup

Yes, I did, but there were some server error. I filled in the IMEI now (for slot 1, I guess it does not help you if I fill in slot 2 too?).

Re: motorola one vision battery backup

Ah, seems like I am using slot 2. Changed IMEI to the number for slot 2.

Thanks - but I'm afraid there is a typo in the IMEI. Smiley Frustrated

Can you check it again?

Re: motorola one vision battery backup

Sorry, I think it's correct now. (Why can't I copy the number?)

I don't know -- I will ask. It's a pain. Smiley Very Happy

I'm having some other folks take a look at your check-in data. It's really a bit all-over-the-place but I can see days when things just don't look right. Thanks for your patience.

Hi.

The one thing we're seeing is stability issues with a third party app to manage your compass. Can you uninstall that? It may be helpful to do a factory data reset after removing it, but you can wait and see if it helps just taking it out. The poor battery life seems to start when you installed it.

We will be patching the GPS and compass issues too, which will improve battery too.

Let me know if this helps. If you remove it and reset, let's get a bug report if this continues to be low.

 Hi.

What date is the above data for?

The recent update only had a small adjustment. There isn't one big fix, but a few tweaks that should help provide small improvements.

We'll watch your data and see if we can find any other clues.
