Re: motorola one vision battery backup

i really hope it's users' cognitive error, it's a new phone, people tend to play a lot with new phones, try out new features, especially camera is power hungry, on the other side my old phone didn't eat through more than 8% of battery during the night when i'm sleeping, but yeah, I may be spoiled by MIUI, where users are more in control of background apps and power saving mode could be scheduledSmiley Happy

Re: motorola one vision battery backup

@MattForumsMngr
I'm not a heavy user, i'm not even medium user.
I use my motorola mainly to call and write text messages. This type of use gives me 3-4 days without recharging. If I use my phone very hard (Lte, Wifi, Camera), 1 day is the maximum for which energy is enough (SOT 4 - 4,5 hours). I just expected more from a android one system and 3500 battery. And like somebody mentioned - the camera uses a lot of energy. Generally it's not bad at all, but it could be better.

Hi.

We advertise a full day's normal use. You are exceeding that easily, so nothing for us to really address in your situation. Smiley Wink

Re: motorola one vision battery backup

Hi matt,

tried all the ways you suggested
1. Calibrated the battery
2. removed the battery consuming app you suggested after checking my app
3. Made a bug report and sent it to you
4. updated my IMEI in profile.
These are the condition of battery now
With battery saver, battery drains to 35 % approx in 5-6 hrs
without battery saver, less than 50 % in 4 hrs

please provide us an update to increase the battery life. I have got an update previously for Lenovo K8 plus due to similar problem with its 4000Mah battery.
For a 3500 Mah battery, the battery draining is very high.

Hi.

Thanks for the bug report. Since it arrived on Saturday, it's still being examined by the engineers. Thanks for your patience as we take a look.

I see that you are in India, where we have not started selling this model. That would mean your phone could not be serviced there. Are you actually in the country where your phone was intended for sale?

Re: motorola one vision battery backup

When I checked the battery usage there were only 13% left. However summing up the usage shown that was around 50%.

And yes, my battery is draining unexpectedly fast. (I've only used the phone for a couple of days.)

Those figures doesn't fit together, or?
