The WiFi issue impacts the One Zoom also... Seems to be wider spread issue here Motorola...

The issue was for a completely different product.

We merge issues based on the model to keep the topics separated and related to their respective product. Posting in another product board (even if it's a similar issue) just causes the threads to get longer than needed and makes them messy. Also, it's possible that even if the issue appears similar that the root cause could be completely different. We're working on your reporting issues with WiFi on the Zoom and we will update you as we learn more from our engineers.

Please can I have details of your complaints procedure?

 

I would like to make a complaint about the truly abysmal software support we have received. 

 

The constant delayed security updates, the absolutely horrific delay to A10 and now this WiFi bug which is going nowhere very slowly. 

 

 

Please respond urgently with details of how I can complain or a complaint reference number. Otherwise I will be forced to contact a more senior representative of your business.
