Just checked the official Lenovo Moto Smart Assistant and today it shows me a Update. 

I hope the install works like it should. Via OTA i didnt get a new Version.

 

Ill post later.

 

 

Edit: Finally iam on November. I hope they can fix the OTA Problem in the future.

 

Edit2: now is on every reboot the usb debug modus on... ? I cant turn it off. It enables on restart. (on my two Devices).

2 Hours of testing to disable the USB Debugging. No chance. Its turning every reboot on. No Factory mode in the Recovery Menu. Iam so really angry of this bull**bleep**. The Smart Assistant now looping all the way on the device.

I think these 2 devices are the last one from Motorola/Lenovo. Me and my whole family and friends bought around 20-25 devices the last 6 years; after i saying these are really good devices. I cant saying this no more. And just because you did not manage to deliver your update on time. this is a work ethic

 

Now i have to factory reset both devices and start from zero. And i have to pray the USB Debug will turn off after factory reset.

Edit3: Factory Reset fixes the USB Debug Status. I never turn USB Debug again on.

We get November 1 security update in December. LOL....

 

Where is Android 10 we were promised?

 

They promised a lot of things to get you to buy their phones then they break those promises and move on to the next gullible person.

 

The Hyper just cam out 2 months after zoom which means it was in the works at the same time as zoom.

 

Has 62mp camera and Android 10 and $50 cheaper... All us zoom buyers were suckered.

Sorry but that is nonsense.

On December 15, the Google devices get the December update.
End of the month the Android One devices.
We do not have any like that. How should an Android Enterprise device get it sooner ?!

@thedipling. Do you have a normal version of the phone or AMZ? I'm located in Austria and on reteu channel and still nothing. also in LMSA i don't get anything.

It is 01/02/2020 mad the Zoom is equipped with Nov 1st security updates. I was happy until I realized my fam's Nokia 4.2 has Dec 1st security updates, not to mention it is on Android 10. Yikes.

You'd think that since moto phones have an almost vanilla version of Android that we'd get updates faster, but apparently not. Moto One Zoom probably didn't sell to their liking, so we're stuck at the bottom of the update list.
