One Zoom A10 new features

2020-09-21, 21:36 PM

Hi guys, I got few questions about the One Zoom and the new update. I don't see, "What's new" column with regards to the update anywhere!!

What are the added features came A10 update on One Zoom?

Does it support HDR10?

Changes, I've seen:

  • HDR10 support
  • MyUX (customizable fonts, icons and system theme colors)
  • Moto Display changes + complete redesign + animated background
  • System update scheduler
  • Audio effects
  • I've also seen updates to the lighting M logo

Not related to moto features but rather Android10 - when in battery saver mode, apps get switched to dark theme to save power.

On Oled screen it makes sense.

Lots of great changes. Thanks, Motorola. Has anybody noticed that animated peek screen isn't always animated? When on it works about 30% to 50% when peek screen appears.

Not sure how to try HDR10 contents. Wouldn't an HDR10 video play as normal FHD video, if the phone won't support HDR?

In addition to what others already mentioned I've noticed a slight but noticeable improvement on battery performances. We waited a lot for this upgrade but it's definitely a consistent improvement. Thanks Motorola

Does anyone know how to disable swipe up that takes you to the lockscreen in peek display?

I agree, the battery performance is now good. Much much better than it was before.

I would like to inform you that there is no way to disable it, it is still the same as it used to be on Android 9.

Suman
