Recovery Media issue

Good day,


I have a M73 10AY desktop that has had a failure of the hard disk.  Unfortunately, I cannot access the recovery partition and I have installed a new hard drive to replace it.  Before Christmas I had went through the recovery process to obtaining a download for the recovery.  I had received and email confirming the order and the link to download the usb recovery tool.  The link has expired because I hadn't had a chance to do it over the holidays.  If I try to redo the eligibility check via the serial number it says "This machine did not ship with a Coupon/Flyer. Please enter the serial number for a different machine or Contact Us for further assistance"  I have already done this step with no issue. Why can't I download the recovery media?  I can pm the serial number for verification.  Any help would be great!
