X1 Yoga (3rd Gen) + Thunderbolt 3 Dock: Monitors Not Detected

OOTB when I connected the Thunderbolt 3 dock to my X1 Yoga (3rd Gen), the monitors behaved correctly.

 

I installed all available updates for the machine as per the Lenovo Companion App, this included some firmware upgrades the dock.

 

When I came into the office this morning, the laptop would not switch from single monitor mode, and the screens connected to the dock are not detected.

 

Steps I've taken:

  1. Checked for updates via the Lenovo site
  2. Installed a Thunderbolt 3 Firmware upgrade
  3. Reinstalled the Intel Display Driver
  4. Attempted to install drivers directly from intel (failed. referred by error message to lenovo website)
  5. De-authorized & Re-authorized the dock via Thunderbolt Software

I feel like I've made a simple settings change that is preventing the dock from showing me the devices available. Anyone have any ideas?
