2 big issues with my new Razr 5G

I was very excited to receive my new phone.  Reviews of this phone looked promising.  Unfortunately my phone has a creaky hinge and a gap between the screen and casing.  I so want to love this phone.  I do like everything else but for the price these issues are a problem.  My phone has only been used 1 day.

I just wanted to post an update on my phone issue.   I was contacted today by Lenovo to remedy this situation.   I had already returned the phone to T-Mobile when I got the email as the screen gap was really bothering me.

 

I was sad to have to return it but took a chance and bought an unlocked Razr 5G from Best Buy.   This new phone did not have any issues and is what I had expected so I am very happy with it.   The hinge is much better and there isn't a gap along the edge of the screen.

 

Thank you Moto/Lenovo for responding quickly to my post.   I am loving the new phone and am a happy customer.
