where to escalate for delay in support

Hi, i am using lenovo k900 smartphone which having mic problem. I visited HCL rohini touch center they logged a h/w replacement call on 22 nov 2013 and told me to wait.
As my mic is not working so my phone is useless without so i keep on taking folllowup with touch center and lenovo smartphone cuatomer care but still now they didnt delivered the h/w and stop responding to me. Each time when i call to customer care told me sir pls wait 2 days more or h/w will be delivered in 15 days.

Pls help and tell me where to esclate this matter as hcl touch center also not picking any call from my side and u can understand without mic there is no use of it. As of now i am managing it with earphone but how long ?

I am also facing this issue (not with the phone).  I am supposed to get 3 free gifts with my phone.  I have received the phone, but still chasing for the free gifts.

Customer care people take complaints, but they dont give any solution

even i got a problem with the mic of my k900.....have been using it with a bluetooth earpiece since a week now.service centre has promised that the part will arrive in a week i.e by coming wednesday....i hope i get good service.lenovo really needs to have specially dedicated service centres like nokia and samsung.....i really wonder if a k900 user has to suffer for such long durations what would be the condition of users buying low budget phones......

please remember that this is a peer to peer forum, provided by Lenovo in order that members may seek assistance from others and share their experiences. There is a Leonovo presence here who deal with the broader issues but unfortunately there is no guarantee that individuals will receive a direct response.

 

My suggestion would be to contact support in your country and ask them to escalate the call for you.

i have a Lenovo A60+ sr no.86xxxxxxxxxxxxx i was facing some problems with the handset like it use to hang frequenty,its not give response many times and handsfree also not working properly. Regarding these problems i get repaired my handset to the HCL service centre, lucknow earlier also but problems could not be resolved even dust use to enter inside the screen and camera.Again,i submitted my handset to HCL service centre ,lucknow on date 26-11-2013. wide job sheet no. SRIN901311260004. since then whenever i called them about the job status they told me that we are still checking set and mailed parts.Every time they ask me for more time to repair.It looks i purchased this mobile to get it submitted at service centre for repairs. Even they are not sure how much time it will take to get resolve it. Now i am in doubt that they will return my handset in good condition and i was not provided any standby handset even after request although they took that much of time. I like my lenovo products very much and i use to advice my friends and in society to buy Lenovo products and so many friends of mine purchased those after me.Even i am writing this mail on my Lenovo laptop and due to good brand image and service i went to buy lenovo mobile when i needed to replace my old handset. But after getting this type of service experience i am in doubt on my decision for LENOVO and i will afraid to suggest any body else for it. It feels the tag line for lenovo should be FOR THOSE WHO LOOSE rather than FOR THOSE WHO DO Hoping Lenovo will not loose its one of a Loyal customer. -- Thanks and Regards, Atul Kumar Agarwal
