Re: Video card problem

Hi MihailM,

This might have occurred, if the dust is accumulated in the vents (In & Out) and while using the Laptop place it on a Flat/Even surface which will avoid increase in internal Temperature. Also I suggest you to check the compatibility of the game once before playing it. Please let me know the compatibility report:

Hope to hear back soon

Re: Video card problem

Hi MihailM,

As the Game is compatible and the lagging issue continues, the only available option to perform OKR (One Key Recovery) check if the issue is hardware related. Click here to download User Guide and perform OSRI (Operating System Re-Install) using OKR (One Key Recovery) by clicking on NOVO button provided in the computer, to perform OSRI and refer page no. 2 to locate the NOVO button and page no. 34 for the steps to perform OKR.

NOTE: Please backup the data in the computer before performing OSRI, as the data will be completely erased.

Do post us back if the issue still persists.

Best Regards

Shiva Kumar

Re: Video card problem

Hi MihailM,

Yes, the above steps and the user guide download link that I have provided in the post is to perform the OSRI (Operating System Re-Install) using OKR (One Key Recovery) option. Please perform the OSRI to check if the issue is hardware related.

Do post us back for further queries.

Best Regards
