Re: Complaints Procedure

Hello and welcome to the Community,

You can open a complaint through the normal support channels / call centers by requesting the representative to do so on your behalf. You will need to supply, besides your personal contact details, previous service case numbers (if service related) or order number (if sales related).

For technical support / service
https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/gb/en/supportphonelist

Contact details for different sales departments / products along with the mailing address can be found on the following site:

Re:Complaints Procedure

I have used all suggested complaints' procedure without any result! Lenovo left me without any help with 1,5 year old Yoga because they do not provide spare parts! The quality of laptops is very low and the quality of service does not exist. So, I am very disappointed with Lenovo products and I will never again buy any of Lenovo products. You have lost the customer!!!

Re:Complaints Procedure

I bought a laptop from Lenovo through Katapult/Zibby. They had not shipped my Laptop and had a price drop. I asked the customer service agent should I cancel my order and buy it at the lower price. He said no, get a price match. So I did that and then the run around started. 1st they said send a screen shot of the price difference. I did that then 5 days latter they said send screen shot from laptop. I did that as well. Then they said it will take 10 days to proces. However,  it went pass 30 days and they still had not sent the price match to Katapult. So, after that, customer service started faking like they found a solution each time I called and day after day nothing was resolved. They even called Katapult while I was on the phone and Katapult told them each time they did not receive the payment. So Lenovo services started hanging up on me, even the Katapult representativ said he did not understand why they did that. Then I receive the invoice  Lenovo sent out. It said "Do Not Pay" the price match!!! They never intended to honor their price match with me in the first place. Deceipt at it Worst!!!! I'm uploading the receipt so they can not deny that " DO NOT PAY at the bottom of the receipt. I am not through yet. I'm going to BBB And ever other organization I can to expose this company Lenovo!!!

Re:Complaints Procedure

I have been hung up on, passed from sales to warranty back to the sale. How do I speak to an officer of the company?

Re:Complaints Procedure

Yes, I am not happy with Lenovo, a shadow of IBM. I have issues with battery life and constent BIO update, and problems with its charging and not body giving a flip. I will never buy another until they make be right It was less than a year when I reported the problem before I had it a year. After it was a year and one day, they told be I must extend the warranty which I did. Still, no follow-up or action on anyone part there, and need to buy two more I have twins going to college and I tell everyone to avoid Lenovo.
