Lenovo IdeaPad 530S 14IKB Screen Hinge Broken!

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 530S 14IKB which I bought 25 months ago and it is just out of guarantee. My problem is the screen hinge which was broken just after the guarantee period. I got in touch with Lenovo Turkey to say this is not my failure since it seems common when searching it!  They are asking me to pay for it and I should cargo my notebook to them for repair that will harm more for sure. If you can just search for this problem, you would see that is a common complaint about IdeaPads. So, why Lenovo is not accepting that failure. I wouldn't really buy or recommend Lenovo under such treatment. So I was not able to sort it out here in my country and that leads me here with some naive thought of finding a solution for it. I hope it works.

Usually, in-warranty coverage for broken hinge are evaluated by the warranty support team. I would suggest that you may give them a call for re-assessment and for further option and likewise check out with local service center in your region other recommendations too for possible repair.
