Moto g60 & overall Moto experience

Previously I used maximum all moto g series devices includes g4 plus , G5s plus. And I visited moto customer service center the feedback was very much poor. Now again I brought my moto g60. The device is below average but I experience from support tean like this form or chat with agent is very much poor. I share my concern thet took my details and they're not reply then asked me anything else they can help . First I share the issue slove it thn you can help anything else right. ShameMoto. In future I never brought any moto device this my last so pathetic experience.

I'm sorry for the experience you had with our chat support. I'll definitely look into what happened. As for here on the forums. I'm a bit confused. We've actively responded to every topic you've posted with attempts to help, however, from that point there have been no replies from you (Except the camera megapixel thread). I'm sorry you're unhappy with our support, but it's a two-way street. If you'd like us to help you, we need you to reply to us when we ask additional questions.
