Problem in screen

Hi To all

 

At first thanks for your time for attention to below my issue, 

 

From the first day that I bought the Yoga, I have problem in my screen which in random it turns to pixelated screen/taskbar not at all but sometimes and in different places and software.

 

I appreciate if you see the attached pictures and give me a solution if there is.

Glad to have you posting here!

 

Just to ask, does this also happens even when the machine is booting up or being turned on?

 

And does this also happens when using other apps or doing other activities aside from the ones that's included on your attached pictures?

 

Also, please share here your machine's MTM (machine type-model) number for us to check its specifications.

It can be seen through the device's label/sticker or its original packaging and does usually have a format of 8********R as an example.

Thanks for your email, 

 

in regards of your questions: 

 

if I only open folders this problem still happens. If I open Excel or Microsoft Project again randomly I have this issue, but I don't have this issue when system turns up. another note if I work by any internet explorers also I have this issue, it is happening in Taskbar, Folders Headers and sometimes in windows of programs as you see for excel and make me confused to which one is the true one.

 

The product number that asked also is : 82A3007PGE

Thanks for providing your device's details @ M.Rahmani!

 

Try performing a power drain to your Yoga Slim 7 laptop first by pressing/holding its Power button for like 10 to 15 seconds until it turns OFF.

 

Once done, press the Power button again to turn on the device and see if the issue will still occur.

 

Aside from that, please try updating your Yoga Slim 7 laptop's BIOS, GPU and Intel Chipset drivers.

Restart the Yoga Slim 7 laptop afterwards then test it again.

 

Another thing is to search if there's an available Windows OS update to your yoga Slim 7 laptop and download/install it as well.

 

You may also connect the Yoga Slim 7 laptop into an external display/monitor (if available) to see if it will also exhibit the same issue.

 

And try starting the Yoga Slim 7 laptop in Safe mode to see if the issue also occurs.
