Getting below error message when updating the IMEI numer 

I get the number by pressing *#06# from phone and typed it in

Unable to retrieve device information. Please confirm your IMEI/MEID or serial number and try again.

Yepp... I also tried some time back, i just got the phone a month back almost.

Moto team doesn't want to register the phone with them... and they still need us. for what ???

"Update Contact Information / Motorola Feedback Network Participation Preference " the menu item isn't there,

I also added and registered my phone in My Stuff, but it says it can't retrieve details and warranty expire date...

The issue with the "opt in" to join the Motorola Feedback Network not appearing is because the option by default appears to be hidden (see screenshot of page source). If you debug the page and remove the "style=display:none" then the setting appears on the page as described.

Yes, we need you Moto.

We need security fix and update.

 

We don't need to try new software, we want update for the software we already have and paid for.

G5 plus is a great piece of hardware but I feel abandoned to myself from Lenovo.

 

I still have security fix at 1th Janauary 2017... six months ago... SIX 

 

Hey Moto... where are you?

Just signed my XT1672 to the MFN via the SurveyMonkey method.

 

Much easier than adding the phone via the "My Stuff" Motorola page.

I noticed the "Motorola ID" option is gone from settings on the G5.

I am... well.. Just me!
