Hi,

I replaced my motherboard on a Lenovo Yoga 900-13ISK. All is running well.

My issue is that I would like to update the Serial Number (#####) and Product Number (80MK)

I have downloaded the ******** diskette maintenance tool and tried to run this. Unfortunately I cannot see to get it to work.

I install the software on a USB, change the boot parameters and it starts up:

Then we get the menu:

Finally when I select option 1:

I have tried hitting esc through the whole boot sequence and nothing stops it

I also do not have any password on the BIOS:

So I am not sure what is going on. Any ideas would be most appreciated.

One question I had is whether this maintenance software will actually work with the Yoga 900-13ISK - I believe this is called an IdeaPad.

Any help would be very much appreciated

The Lenovo Maintenance Disk software is a Lenovo licensed software which is only available to authorized Service Partners, a Service Partner who has questions regarding the use of the software should contact their Service Supervisor or Lenovo Service Delivery Manager.
