Configuring t440p touchpad with linux debian

2014-12-30, 16:25 PM

I'm trying to configure the new clickpad that lenovo introduced with my linux distribution. I aim to have the trackpads behavior similar to the thinkpad. So far, by using the following code from this forums:http://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=111298&p=528725&hilit=t440#p528725

I'm capable of right clicking and left clicking at the bottom buttons. However, whenever I use trackpoint, it doesnt disable parts of the trackpad. Furthermore, it does not right click at the top right button, nor middle clicks.

Is there some nice synaptics code that mimics how the trackpad behaves in windows, and at the same time easily rewrite the synaptics config file?
