My headset [razer baracuda X] only tops out at 16bit 48000hz, and I can't change it in windows settings.
The headset tops out 24 bit 192000hz on other devices.
please healp me solve it.

Please provide more information about your device. The machine type-model number (MTM) (ex 90Q800AKMH) from the underside or under the battery is best if your machine is a laptop. We should be able to find more information about your machine once this is posted.
