Infinite reboot loop Lenovo V110

Hi.
I have a Lenovo V110 laptop that i'm trying reinstall. So when i'm trying to boot from USB the laptop keep rebooting itself as soon as the Windows logo appears. I've tried both UEFI and Legacy boot mode and turning secure boot on/off, also tried to choose the USB at boot menu by pressing NOVA(?) button. Now the laptop can see my flashdrive but as i said not booting. I also tried to remove the HDD and placing it in my PC then install Windows 10 on it using my PC, and it worked fine and i thought i'll have a chance to do a hard reset once i place it back to the laptop. But no, now if i try to start it, it says "Preparing for automatic repair" then reboot itself just like when i'm trying to boot from USB.
The flashdrive works fine on other PC/Laptop and the laptop was working fine a few days ago so i cant think about any hardware faults.
Any ideas what to do with it?

Re:Infinite reboot loop Lenovo V110

I had the same issue fixed as follows:-

1. Create a WINPE bootdisk WinPE: Create bootable media | Microsoft Docs

2. Download Latest BIOS from Lenovo support site and copy the file to a new folder i.e. c:\temp\bios

3. Use innoextract (https://constexpr.org/innoextract/files/innoextract-1.9-windows.zip) to extract the contents of BIOS file i.e 1pcn73ww.exe

so innoextract.exe 1pcn73ww.exe

4. Copy extracted files to the WINPE Bootdisk

5. Boot up with the WINPE bootdisk, when at the command prompt...

6. Run WinFlash64 /file %ProjectName%73WW.cap /silent /bcp %ProjectName%73WW.cap /bbl /cvar /sd /sn /cac /cbp 30 /shutdown

- NOTE:- Replace  %ProjectName%73WW.cap with actual filename of the cap file

7. Allow the BIOS process to complete after reboot

8. Install Windows using the Microsoft boot disk Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
