Hi, I’m trying to download Netflix onto my Chromebook but it doesn’t appear when I search the play store. I’ve changed the parental controls, it’s in Stable, not sure what else to do. I’ve managed to download Disney and Prime… and the Chromebook is fully up to date.

It is ideal to reach out the Netflix app support instead for additional assistance towards the issue. Since you've managed to download other apps on the Chromebook like Disney and Prime, it appears to be as an issue with the app itself. No worries, I'm sure that Netflix support can look into this further and offer their take as well since the issue still persist even if the device is already updated.

Re:Lenovo Flex3 Chromebook - Netflix app is not available in Google Play

Hello @guest1891 ,

Welcome to Lenovo Community!

Please check first if there's an available update for your Flex 3 Chromebook. You may follow the steps on this link to see how it can be updated successfully. Once done, launch the Google Play Store app on the device again and search for the Netflix again. Another thing you can do here is to switch between Stable, Beta or Dev software by following the steps on this link.

Thanks,
Adriel_Lenovo
