Re: Lenovo IdeaPad 310-14IKB Model:80TU core i7 (Hardware Upgrade)

Hello,
I plan to purchase the Samsung 970 EVO Plus MZ-V7S250BW 250GB M.2 SSD, but how i can find out if my motherboard supports this speed (will I get a 3500/2500 MB read/write speed or less)?

Hello and welcome,

I can't find anything that says the 310-14IKB has an m.2 slot.

Ah, then the answer to your original question is that the speed is not the issue.  The 970 is an NVMe drive while that adapter is intended to be SATA to SATA.

From the page you linked:  "Note: It doesn’t support M.2 NVMe PCIe SSDs "

You'll need to use a SATA m.2 drive or a 2.5" SATA SSD and skip the adapter.

Well can i use mSATA to SATA like this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07822P8JY/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza ??

and i also need to adapter https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32925791632

then the answer to your original question is that the speed is not the issue.

I'm not sure that the specific adapter you linked will mount in your laptop. Have a look at page 37:

OK
I no longer want to buy a piece that needs an adapter.
One last question can I buy this one https://www.amazon.com.tr/Samsung-Ssd-860-Sata-500Gb/ without any problems in size or speed ?
