What is the best graphics cards that can physically fit in a Lenovo M710S SFF PC?

I have not been able to get a straight answer from the internet.

This specific Gigabyte GT 1030 DDR5 is the only upgrade card short enough to fit without any modifications.  You do need to have the stronger 210w power supply (unless you have a less power consuming i3 CPU), check the label on the supply itself.
