My employer's IT department has everything locked down and im sure they won't install DisplayLink drivers for me.
Is there a plug n play solution that would allow me to use 3 monitors while my laptop is open too?

According to the spec sheet, you can run two monitors in addition to the laptop screen:
Monitor Support
Supports up to 3 independent displays (native display and 2 external monitors via HDMI®, USB-C and Thunderbolt™) • HDMI supports up to 4096x2160@24Hz • USB-C supports up to 4096x2304@60Hz • Thunderbolt supports up to 4096x2304@60Hz
My understanding is DisplayLink serves as a 2nd low power eGPU essentially which can drive another monitor beyond that limit.
My question is if there's another solution beyond the spec sheet.
