Oh Good! I thought I was going insane! Auto brightness/dimming
I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me, or that I had a faulty display on my X1 Carbon, instead I find its the "Intel Graphics Command Center" changing screen brightness dynamically while in use (while on battery), GRRRRRRR!!! Fixed now, just had to shutoff the "Display Power Savings" mode. I would open this website and the white background would slowly get brighter, I was like, hunh?!?! What a pain in the butt, made me think my eyes needed to be checked, I know I am 52, but I thought maybe I was losing my eyesight....LOL
