I am not certain I've identified the part correctly, but this looks like the French Canadian keyboard for the X1 Carbon Gen 3 (MT-M beginning 20BS or 20BT). If so, I believe the part you need is FRU 00HT302 or 00HN947 (the two are equivalent, just made by different manufacturers).

You should be able to find a supplier online - I'd start looking on the Lenovo site for options in your country (click).
