I'm assuming the "Lenovo Vantage" software is prompting for the BIOS update? If so, feel free to select the "Install Now" option and let the system automatically flash BIOS. The system will automatically reboot once the BIOS flash process is finished.... so make sure you save and exit out of any programs/documents to prevent losing any data.
If you don't feel comfortable doing this, you could always download the "Flash from OS" BIOS version. Here's the direct link to the "Flash from OS" BIOS version:
https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/thinkcentre_bios/m1ujy59usa.exe
Run the executable and follow the onscreen instructions. Again, after the BIOS flash is completed, the system should reboot automatically.

Thanks.
Lenovo Vantage would not recommend you install new BIOS if that were not necessary.
So install the drivers and firmware updates as recommended by Lenovo vantage.
I hope this helps!
That's great. Thanks for the information.
