Enabling HDR games and apps in Windows 10 settings just causes the screen to go grey https://i.imgur.com/JHkXDFn.jpg

I'm running it through displayport 1.4, tried both ports on my gtx 1070, without other monitors connected, lower refresh rate; same result regardless. Updated my gpu drivers, tried installing DP 1.3/1.4 firmware update since I got my 1070 in 2016, messed around with color settings in Nvidia control panel etc. but I can't seem to find a solution. Everything else with the monitor seem to work as intended. Anyone got any ideas?

I have the same issue but on a Radeon R9 285.

It also happens if any of the game modes are activated. It doesn't matter which resolution or frequency its in.

Same here, Having a white screen when I change to any mode, enable sRGB or HDR!

 I clicked on HDR on windows settings by mistake and it turn to an eye hurting super bright white screen.

Tried to changed ports to HDMI, still getting this white screen.

Updated drivers but nothing changed.

Should I return the screen or is there a solution to fix this?

try installing the monitor driver, see if it helps.

I bought this monitor today and i dont have issues with HDR but have issues with freesync in some games (blackscreen);

but nothing changed, the problem still prevents me from changing to any mode or enable anything

Try getting it swapped for a new one (if your RMA is still available).

Exact same problem. To make it worse everything else is perfect.. Kills my ocd.. Any updates on grey screen issue? Thank you
