Touchpad not Working after Windows Update

Hi all,

I need some help fixing my touchpad. I have had this problem for almost a year and am still trying to find a fix. The last time my touchpad worked was on Windows 10 version 1903 or 1909 and after updating it removed my touchpad driver which was under my Human Interface  Devices in device manager. Now that I don't have that driver I believe that is why the Lenovo Keyboard Device is getting an error code 10. If anyone can help me it will be greatly appreciated and if you need any more information you can reply back on this forum, thanks.

I'm sorry to read that the touchpad is not working after the Windows update on your Yoga 730-15IKB.
Kindly try reloading the BIOS default settings, be sure to save.
Update the BIOS, drivers and firmware thru the support site (install all new available), then shutdown the computer for a few minutes.
Power on the machine the run Windows update troubleshooter.
Chances are there might be missing updates that the machine needs.
Run Windows updates again.
Observe and update us how it goes.
