Why does my messages keep saying message blocking is active? I've unblocked the people that when this appears but it does nothing....please help with this issue

• What is the name of your service provider?
• Is this happening to a specific contact only?
• Have you checked online if your device or account status is Active?
• Did you also check your account device settings page to see if the Send/Receive Text Messages setting is enabled?
