Paytm app is not working in motorola one fusion+ phone

Paytm app is not working in fusion+ , I have tried in 2 to 3 fusion+ phones same issue on all the phones, unable send any amount to any user/merchant by scanning QR code or by entering phone number, cleared cache , uninstalled and reinstalled, logged out and login and rebooted phone several times but no luck , I logged into different Phone I was able to without any issues. I tried my friend Paytm account to login in fusion+ again issue was started, so I noticed the issue is with mobile not with the app or anything.

I was getting error message " something went wrong, try to logout from your main account and try again"  attaching the screenshot for ref, is there anyone facing same issue ?? How to resolve this ??

Sorry to know about this and thanks for trying to troubleshoot! I see that you performed all the basic troubleshooting steps. 

 

Please confirm if you have logged out your Paytm account from your previous phone. Check and let me know, I will be waiting for your response.

Yes i am facing the same issue with paytm bank in my Motorola one fusion plus.this issue is with handset not with paytm app.please Motorola team fix this issue with an update asap thanks.

yes paytm payments bank not working while i am trying to open it is showing error only in this phone i have tried with another phone which works well

I have been facing this issue from day 1 and have raised complain with Paytm also. 

 

I didn't bother to write here because the only solution Motorola executives have given on any bug or issue is follow-up questions.

 

To fellow consumers, 

Accept all these bugs with open heart and move on in life:

  1. 1) No full-screen PUBG with gesture navigation
  2. 2) Pop-up camera popping up on whatsapp/dua call when in pocket
  3. 3) Many banking apps not working with Paytm being confirmed case
  4. .
  5. .
  6. .
  7. Too bored to pinpoint small bugs

Yes, tried logout and login, uninstalled and installed but no luck.. it's working fine in other phones but not working in moto fusion+ , try to fix it asap.

Hi everyone! I understand and thanks for reporting! 

 

We would like to investigate this since a lot of you are reporting! Please share with your Bug reports after the app shows the error.

 

Here are the steps:

 

1.  Go to Settings -> About Phone -> Tap on Build number 7 times on the build number to go into the developer options mode]

 

2. After the above steps, Developer options will be enabled.

 

3. Go to Settings ->Developer options -> Enable USB debugging > Toggle On

 

4. Enable Settings -> Developer options -> Enable Bug Report shortcut > Toggle On

 

5. Enable Settings -> Developer options -> Enable Wi-Fi Verbose Logging > Toggle On

 

6. Once the issue is reproduced, Go to Settings -> Developer options -> Click on take bug report or Press Power button and then choose Bug Report from the Power-down menu.

 

7. Wait for some time until the bug report is collected. It takes around 3 to 4 minutes to collect the Bug Report.

 

8. Then upload the Bug Report to your personal Google Drive and then share the link to the Bug Report on the forums in a reply or via a private message.

 

9. Provide observations of what you saw happen right before the bug report was taken. Please indicate the time that you observed the behavior in local time.
