Greetings,

Usually, Companies provides a CD with the new laptops for recovery purpose. (my laptop is Lenovo ideapad y700-15ISK Machine Type Model80NV00KNAD)

But with Lenovo, I got a software called onekey recovery. However, in my case, all software weren't useful due to strange issue i couldn't find a way to resolve it. ( it prevents me from installing any new software, utilize all softwre features and i couldn't update windows wince it occured)

Now, could any one please help me to wipe all of current windows along with its issues and how to install a fresh genuin windows 10 while maintaining Lenovo features?

I have moved all of my files to me second SSD already installed at my Laptop.

Use Microsoft's Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to download/install Windows 10 (home/pro according to the current license you have).

You can save a copy in ISO format

You can install a clean installation

You can install with saving your current files and apps

Unfortunately,  even this one couldn't complete the whole process. 

It suddenly vanish and when I click the installer again it started from point zero.

For your information,  when I try to install other software i see a message that there is currently another installation in progress. 

Is there a way to use this too and start the installation at DOS?

From cmd screen

1. Run c: chkdsk /f /r 

2. Run sfc/scannow

See what errors were fixed.

Try installing clean install of Windows again. (you should make a full image backup first).

Seems your drive has a hardware fealure and need to be replaced.

Clean install won't install any Lenovo software, drivers... you will have to install them manualy.

Ofcours you can restore your image backup to the new drive retaining all software and drivers.
