I have purchased a Legion 5 Pro today (16ACH6H) and on the first startup it started to create flashing artifacts.

They go away when i change the refresh rate from 165 to 60 or when i disable the graphics driver of the rtx 3060.
I tried updating the bios, getting the driver from Lenovo directly and resetting the whole system, nothing worked.

I couldn't find any fix to this yet

I had the same as you when it was new, flickering and artefacts in games and when testing with

Unigine Heaven and turned on anti alising x8, it started to flickering a lot, the screen could also loose signal during a few seconds.

If i remember correctly, i did a fresh installation and updated the AMD and Nvidia drivers, but without the Nvidia experience, after that

it has been ok, it has the 3070 card.

Try update both the AMD and Nvidia drivers from their website, mybe that will help
