my phone does not charge even when the its plugged in to the charger provided in the box

the battery percentage does not increase.

the led indicates its charging 

the battery indicator also shows its charging but no increase in percentage

i tried keepin it on charging ob=ver night but it shows the same problem

its the same case even while in factory reset mode 

i have tried using other power adapters and other cables but no positive result

its just been 9 months since i purchased the phone 

need help immediately

Would you please update your profile with the serial/IMEI/MEID number of your phone? is it okay if we look at your apps? This will help us investigate. Make sure that your Motorola Privacy is enabled.

I have done factory reset and now it's charging but very very slow almost for 15 mins its increasing 1%. I have tried clearing cache,I have restarted so many times,and in the safe mode it's is some what faster to charge that is around 1% per 5 mins ..kindly help me on this ..really frustrated with the mobile for the last 4 days.

My phone is just 9months old and has shown much problems but this charging problem has been a major one please response ASAP.

Hi Abhi1204,

We'd like to rule out the possible that this is a charger issue. Can you try using an entirely different charger, plugged in to a known good wall outlet, to see if this persists?

Yes i already used different charger in different wall socket same result it will take half an hour to charge 1% after that reaches 56% percent it stuck there.

Even I'm facing the same problem doesn't even charge from few days and their service center sucks too, so did you find the solution to the charging problem? 

Wished Google never sold it to cheap Chinese **bleep**s!!

I dont understand why so many people are facing this issue, clearly there's some fault from the manufacturer end.
