I have been having issues with apps and my camera saying they stopped working. At first it was just the apps but now I get the Camera error please restart camera notice Everytime I try to take a picture. I have done all the suggestions online of clearing the cache and restarting but that still does not fix the problem. I would like some help in solving this issue.

Thanks for posting. Have you tested it on other 3rd party camera apps? Try performing a hardware test on the camera by going to Apps > Device Help > Device Diagnosis > Hardware Test > Fron/Back Camera. Let me know how it goes.
