Is this your first time pairing the phone to your mini speaker?

Try these steps:

1. There are times when a simple restart may correct the problem. So, please try to restart your phone and the speaker.

2. Unpair the Bluetooth connection and pair again.

3.. Clear Bluetooth Data from the phone. Make sure to unpair and turn off the  Bluetooth first.

  Select Settings > Apps>Bluetooth Share> Storage >clear cache.

 Note: If the clear cache did not resolve the issue, then try clear data.Please take note that clearing the cache will remove any temporary files being stored by the device and clearing the data will remove data that the application has saved.  After this, you may restart and pair it again.
